What we collect
When you send the quote form, we receive the details you enter: your name, mobile, email, suburb, what you're interested in, whether you have solar and your message. The form is sent through Web3Forms, a form email service, to the Sanghera Electrical inbox.
If you add photos or a power bill, they go to a private Google Drive folder that only Sanghera Electrical can open, and the inbox gets a link to them. Most photos are shrunk in your browser before sending, which also removes their location data. A power bill shows your name, address and account details, so only add one you're happy for us to see.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare your quote and do any work you book with us. We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to quote, do the work and meet our legal record keeping duties. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time.
The online quote tool
The quote tool works out example packages in your browser. Finding your roof sends your address to the Queensland Government aerial mapping service. You can skip the map if you'd rather not. Contact details are optional and only asked for after the full quote, and you can download the proposal without giving them.
Save on this device keeps your address, answers, roof image and example quote in this browser, without photos, bills or contact details. Saved quotes expire after 30 days. Use Remove saved quote to delete one straight away. Closing the browser doesn't delete a saved quote.
Tracking and cookies
We don't run analytics or advertising tracking on this site at the moment. If we add it, it stays off until you agree in Privacy settings in the footer. Your choice is stored in this browser as sanghera-consent-v1, and you can change it or clear it at any time.
